We’ll teach you practical self-defense skills to enable you to defend yourself no matter whether you’re on your feet, in a confined space, or even if you find yourself on the ground.
We ensure that our martial arts courses are run in a supportive, safe, and fun environment without the fear of injury. All our classes are “no contact”, and our 7000 square-foot studio ensures that students train and maintain social distancing guidelines.

Protecting Teenage Girls
We all know that teenage girls feel the need to seek independence. They begin staying at home alone or with younger siblings. They start staying away from home for more extended periods, walking to a friend’s house or school, cycling around the city, riding the bus with friends, or babysitting. They begin exploring the world without direct adult supervision.
Teens are now looking more to their friends for social, cultural, and moral guidance. Plus, you might be concerned about the effect of peer pressure, unhealthy relationship behaviors, and cultural settings that can denigrate a girl’s sense of self. Every girl needs some help to make up for the life experience they don’t yet have.
In this class, teenagers are taught to identify the signs that someone may mean them harm, plan a safe retreat from suspicious situations, practice physical moves (if needed), and learn to find supportive self-care – all in an age-appropriate setting using language and concepts suitable for teenage girls.
Successfully Defend Yourself
Research has shown that women who successfully defend themselves can quickly recognize threatening situations and enforce their boundaries, if necessary, by physical means. In this four-week self-defense course, you learn to recognize the ploys that assailants use to manipulate women and how you can thwart them.
We will teach you how to:
- – release yourself from basic grabs and fight back with strikes to vital targets.
- – use your body language and voice to take command of a confrontation with impact.
- – assess your risks, and address them.
- – identify the signs to help you de-escalate, defuse, or evade any situation before a physical assault ever happens.
- – understand the connections between awareness, threats, and your immediate environment.
The course is designed to give you time between classes to practice your self-defense moves and become more comfortable with them.

Plus, our real-world-based training methods will leave you feeling more confident and self-aware at each stage of your training. You and your daughter can get fit, stay fit, become more self-confident and self-aware, and learn how to defend yourselves in any situation.
