Brain Gym

Brain Gym is a set of simple and enjoyable movements used to enhance the experience of whole-brain learning. Specifically, we use cross-crawl movements to access both brain hemispheres simultaneously, which is the ideal warm-up for Kung Fu.

Qi Gong

Breathing Exercise #1 - Nervous System Reset. Start shifting from your sympathetic nervous system (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn) to your parasympathetic nervous system (rest, relax, digest & thrive).

Breathing Exercise #2 - Lifting the Sky. One of the best and most dynamic exercises in all of Qi Gong. It is simple, yet the benefits are fantastic. Qi Gong means "the art of developing vital energy."

Breathing Exercise #3 - Abdominal (Belly) Breathing. Helps to feel less shortness of breath and anxiety, and lowers the harmful effects of cortisol.  It can also slow your heartbeat and lower or stabilize blood pressure.
