Registration Details

Early Registration Fee: $50 | Includes first event

After Sept. 24: $65 | Registration closed by Oct. 10. 

Additional events: $15 each | After Sept. 24th: $25 each

Optional: T-shirt $25      

*This is an in-house event only. Family spectators are welcome!

DIVISIONS

· Novice: Dragons/Champions/TMA Year 1 (Less than 1 year of training)

· Intermediate: Champions/TMA Year 2 & 3 (1 and 3 years of training)

· Advanced: Junior & Youth Black Belts (More than 3 years of training)

AGE GROUPS

· 6 to 8 years

· 9 to 11 years

· 12 to 14 years

· 15 to 18 years

EVENTS:

Height Events: Running jump front kick, & Shield jump

Speed Events: Speed punching, Speed/accuracy punching Gaming style & Obstacle Course

Balance Events: Balance front kicks, Balance round kicks & Crane stance

Endurance Events: Push-ups, Plank and hold & Horse stance and hold

Board Breaking Events: Focus Board Break & Reaction Board Break
