Tai Chi is a Slow-Motion Exercise
Each posture and transition gently stretches and opens the joints, tendons, and connective tissue, encouraging circulation and movement throughout the body. The pace is unhurried by design, allowing students to move with control, awareness, and ease.
There will be opportunities to see and experience the remarkable power Tai Chi can generate through its martial roots, but this is entirely optional. This is not a self-defense or fighting class.
